Privacy Policy
-
Use ONLY official links for all platforms and the Telegram bot.
-
Be extremely cautious of unsolicited direct messages. Funnel team will never DM you first, asking you to bridge funds or requesting your private keys/seed phrases.
-
Always triple-check wallet addresses before confirming any transaction.
Platform Security
-
The connection between the Trading Terminal and the Telegram Bot is established through a secure, one-time authorization process. We do not store sensitive Telegram data.
-
Funnel will never ask for permissions that are not essential for its core function.
-
We collect minimal user data required for the platform to function, such as your public wallet address and trading history for PNL calculations. We also collect anonymized usage data to improve our products.
-
We do not collect or store personal identifying information unless you voluntarily provide it for specific support requests. We will never ask for your private keys.
-
Before buying any new asset, use our built-in AI-Rug Check and Bubble Maps to analyze its security and holder distribution. High whale concentration or a poor audit score are examples of red flags.
-
In volatile markets, slippage can result in poor trade execution. Set a reasonable slippage tolerance that protects your capital.
Secure Bridging
-
Cross-chain transactions can sometimes take a few minutes to confirm, depending on network congestion. Do not panic if your assets don’t appear instantly. Always use a block explorer to track the transaction’s status.
-
Double-check that you have selected the correct source chain and pasted the correct token address. Sending assets to the wrong destination can result in a permanent loss of funds.
Telegram Bot
-
Funnel facilitates the creation of wallets within the Telegram bot. For these generated wallets, the platform securely processes and delivers private keys or seed phrases directly to the user. You can also import them into a standard wallet like Metamask or Rabby so that you can always access your funds.
-
The Funnel bot utilizes an operational wallet designed for active, online trading, classifying it as a “hot wallet.” Standard security practices for hot wallet management apply. This includes maintaining only necessary operational capital within the bot and utilizing separate or offline cold storage solutions for the protection of significant asset balances.
-
It is strongly recommended to bridge/transfer funds to your personal HyperEVM wallet address first. Once the funds are in your personal HyperEVM wallet, you can then transfer the required USDC to the wallet address that will be provided when you start the bot.
